Hartley Street planning approval

MGS is pleased to announce the granting of a permit for Hartley Street, a future building of significance for Melbourne’s Fisherman’s Bend. This new high-rise apartment building, situated on a former industrial site in Melbourne’s new Lorimer Precinct, near the CBD, will be distinguished by a new urban parkland setting.

Fitzroy Gasworks Development Plan approved

The Development Plan for the former Fitzroy Gasworks site has been formerly approved by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.
Fitzroy Gasworks will be transformed into a thriving new precinct, with a range of affordable and sustainable homes, leading sports and education facilities, and public spaces for everyone to enjoy.
